Updated Studio Procedures
May 3, 2020
Dear IMT Friends and Family,
Here’s the scoop!! For all of our clients who participate in Pilates group classes, we will be resuming small classes as of May 4 in the studio!! On order of the Governor, we are limited to three students per class. Please access next week’s “Transitional Class Schedule” at www.imtpilates.com which includes one more week of our online classes in addition to limited studio offerings. We will transition to all studio classes on Monday, May 11.
In addition to creating more space between each reformer (six feet of separation), we have been tweaking our cleaning regimen with a new formulation of disinfecting solution. We also have implemented New Studio Procedures which include a temperature screening for all students/clients entering the studio. Take a moment to review the new studio procedures list below and come prepared to follow all the new guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the studio. We anticipate a slower check-in process and thank you in advance for your patience as we apply these new procedures!!
As we move forward during these new times, we have made changes in our service offerings. Kim will be teaching all Pilates classes in addition to her private Pilates sessions, while Becky focuses on Physical Therapy and private Clinical Pilates private clients. If you previously attended Clinical Pilates classes, these will be integrated into the weekly class offerings. Your specific modifications and contraindications will be honored and reviewed with Kim to ensure a proper and safe transition. She is well qualified and has many years of experience working with clients who use modifications while keeping the integrity of the Pilates method. Please reach out to me if you have questions or concerns: drbecky@imtpilates.com or 303.808.9807.
We look forward to getting back to our “New Normal,” and are extremely grateful for your continued loyalty and support for your neighborhood PT/Pilates & Yoga studio! Thank you, again, for your patience as we move forward. It’s been a very challenging few weeks for many, and we’ll get to other side this pandemic and be stronger together! J
