Lindsay Berning

Lindsay has been living and teaching the benefits of Pilates for more than three years and recently was so positively impacted by her personal results from the MELT method that she became an advanced MELT instructor.  She has taken all the Hand and Foot, Level 1, Level 2 and Neurostrength 1 courses. 

The health benefits of Pilates including strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness partnered with the pain reducing, balance restorative results of the MELT Method, help people of all ages and fitness levels maximize their physical and mental well-being and develop true inner physical awareness.  Private and group classes, workshops and retreats are available.

When not teaching Lindsay spends time with her husband, their two young daughters and basset hound.
